  • How does the online consultation take place?
    The consultation takes place via the Zoom platform. A link with ID and password for access to the consultation will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking. It is not necessary to have the Zoom application to participate, you just need an internet connection. During the consultation, our screen will be shared in order to illustrate the answers to the questions that were submitted to us during the booking phase. For this reason, we recommend that you carry out the consultation with a computer or tablet in order to have a sufficiently sized screen.
  • What does an online consultation include?
    During the consultation, all the answers to the requests made during the booking phase will be illustrated. Hence, it is necessary to provide all the documentation relevant to the request so that you can be prepared and know the technical details during the meeting. According to the time left, we can answer further questions that may arise during the meeting. At the end, a summary report of what was expressed verbally during the consultation will be sent within a few days.
  • What kinds of requests can I make for the online consultation?
    These are a few examples of the types of questions you could ask: Questions related to plant engineering (such as heating, lighting, air conditioning systems, etc.). Design questions related to the distribution of space in the property (E.g., In the house where I live / in the house I am about to buy, can I get an additional bedroom from the existing space? Can I move the position of the kitchen, etc.,) Questions related to interior design and decoration (combination of materials, fabrics, colors) Questions related to architectural aspects before confirming the purchase of a house (Is it possible to demolish a wall? Etc.) Questions related to building a house from the ground.
  • What documents do I need to provide before the online consultation?
    Anything you deem useful for the answers to your questions, such as the plan of the existing property that you want to modify, or do the interior design for, photos of the current state, indication of any materials, colors, finishing that you like, etc. In any case, once the request has been analyzed, and before the meeting, we will ask you for further clarification or documentation.
  • How much time must pass from the booking to the actual date of the consultation?
    The booking system is automatically set to book for 7 days into the future. For example if the current date is October 10, the calendar allows you to book your appointment only from October 17 onwards. This interval is needed so that our experts can analyze the documents and request any additional information required to answer your questions.
  • How long does the online consultation last?
    The online consultation lasts 2 hours. If the topics to be discussed need more time before the consultation, we will recommend doing more sessions and will inform you prior to your online appointment.
  • When is an online consultation not recommended?
    Once we have received your request with the necessary questions and documents, we will evaluate whether it is possible to answer your questions or advise against online advice. Should we advise against the online consultation, your payment will be refunded to the card you used to complete the purchase.
  • Will I receive design solutions during the online consultation?
    During the online consultation, we will answer all your questions and advise you from a design point of view, we also will provide any distribution solutions in the form of a sketch. But it does not include the realization of a complete architectural project.
  • Can I cancel a consultation?
    Yes. We offer a 24-Hours Money-back Guarantee. Once purchased, your booking may be canceled within 24 hours without penalty and with a full refund to the original form of payment. After 24 hours, you may still cancel, however, the booking becomes non-refundable.
  • Can I postpone a consultation?
    Yes. You may postpone your appointment by clicking the reschedule link provided in the booking confirmation email that you will receive. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid penalties. If you need to postpone the online consultation, please send an online request within 24 hours before the same, and we will suggest other possible dates. We have found it necessary to charge fees in the eventuality that a rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours prior to the time. These charges are essential as once we confirm a booking, we guarantee the Architect or Interior Designer’s time will be available exclusively for your online appointment.   • What happens if the consultant requests a rescheduling or cancelation?
    In the event that a rescheduling is requested by Interior AP, the consultant will contact you to reschedule a suitable time for a new appointment and no penalties will be levied. In the event that a cancellation is requested by the consultant, the full amount will be refunded to the original form of payment regardless of the 24-hours rule.
  • How much does the online consultation cost?

  • Is there a Money-back Guarantee?
    We offer a 24-Hours Money-back Guarantee. Once purchased, your online consultation may be canceled within 24 hours without penalty and with a full refund to the original form of payment. After 24 hours, you may still cancel, but the booking becomes non-refundable.
  • Is there a customer guarantee policy?
    By evaluating in advance if we can answer your questions, the online consultation will surely satisfy all your requests.
  • Are there any other fees?
    The only penalties fees we charge are in relation to late rescheduling an online consultation which can be easily avoidable if you request the reschedule 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment.   • Are prices inclusive of VAT?
    Interior AP is a part of the Finenco Architects Group a company registered in Hong Kong, SAR, China. As such, for Italian clients, the services provided are outside of the Italian territory and therefore our prices are exempt from VAT.
